What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If needed, refunds, EXCLUDING SHIPPING, are accepted only if the item(s) are unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (teas, salts and or accessories) and the purchase was made within 30 days from the shipment receipt date by contacting us at herbaliciousus@icloud.com with your name and order number. Refunds will not include shipping costs originally incurred to ship your order. Refund submissions are processed on receipt of the goods, and take 7-14 business days (depending on banking institutions and merchant providers) to process.
Can I exchange an item?
To exchange an item (teas, salts and or accessories), email us at herbaliciousus@icloud.com with your name and order number to initiate your exchange. Next, send your items back to us at your shipping expense, and we will gladly replace them with another item of your choice. The customer will pay the difference between the product(s) exchanged or receive a refund, as well as pay for return shipping costs to receive the replacement.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders via USPS. Orders are shipped out 1-3 days after the order is placed.
What if my order was damaged during shipping?
If the shipment is damaged while in transit or is a result of our error, we will gladly reship the correct items at no charge or issue a FULL refund within 30 days from the shipment receipt date. Email us at herbaliciousus@icloud.com with your name and order number and we will assist you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we are operating under a cottage license, and are only able to ship our products to residents of the State of Georgia.
